3. Scope of Services
3.1 CKR Educational Services is an educational counselling and admission-guidance consultancy. We provide guidance, information, and administrative assistance to help candidates identify and apply to suitable Institutions.
3.2 CKR is not an educational institution. We do not award any degree, diploma, or qualification, and we do not own, operate, control, or represent any college or university.
3.3 CKR has no authority to allot, reserve, block, or guarantee any seat in any Institution. All seat allotments and admission decisions rest exclusively with the concerned Institution and Counselling Authority, and are governed by their eligibility criteria, merit rank, reservation policy, seat matrix, and published schedules.
3.4 CKR does not accept, collect, or handle any payment on behalf of any Institution towards tuition, seat confirmation, or donation. All such payments must be made by you directly to the Institution through its official channels, against an official receipt.
3.5 The specific scope of Services applicable to you shall be as communicated at the time of registration and as reflected in your fee receipt or service agreement.
4. Registration and Eligibility
4.1 To avail our Services, you must provide complete, accurate, and truthful personal, academic, and financial information along with genuine supporting documents, including entrance examination scorecards, marksheets, and category or NRI-status documents where applicable.
4.2 If you are below 18 years of age, registration must be made by, or with the written consent of, a parent or legal guardian, who shall be jointly responsible under these Terms.
4.3 CKR reserves the right to decline or discontinue Services to any candidate at its discretion, including where information or documents are found to be false, incomplete, forged, or misleading.
5. Fees and Charges
5.1 Initial Consultation. Our initial consultation is offered free of charge. Any fee for further Services will be clearly explained and agreed with you in advance.
5.2 Consultation Fee and Service Charges. Where you engage us for detailed counselling, application, documentation or admission-process support, the applicable Consultation Fee and Service Charges shall be communicated to you before payment and confirmed in your receipt. There are no hidden costs.
5.3 Third-Party Charges. All Third-Party Charges are separate from CKR’s fees and are payable at actuals, directly to the concerned party wherever possible.
5.4 All payments to CKR must be made only through our official payment channels and against an official receipt. CKR shall not be responsible for any payment made to any individual, agent, or account not officially authorised by CKR. Please always insist on a receipt.
5.5 Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, including GST, shall be charged as per prevailing law.
5.6 CKR may revise its fees from time to time. Revised fees apply only to engagements commencing after the revision and do not affect fees already paid for services in progress.
6. Refund Policy
Please read this section carefully. By making payment, you accept the refund terms set out below.
6.1 No Refund Where Admission is Secured or the Candidate Joins
If the candidate secures an admission, is allotted a seat, receives an admission or allotment letter from, or joins any Institution through the assistance of CKR Educational Services, no refund of the Consultation Fee or Service Charges shall be payable, in whole or in part.
This applies regardless of whether the candidate subsequently:
- withdraws, surrenders, defers, cancels, or discontinues the admission or allotted seat;
- chooses not to report or join after allotment or confirmation of admission;
- opts for a different college, course, quota, counselling round, or academic session;
- discontinues the programme after joining, for any reason whatsoever.
Once an admission has been secured or offered, CKR’s Services shall be deemed to have been fully rendered and the fee fully earned.
6.2 Full Refund Where No Admission is Obtained
If, despite CKR having processed the candidate’s applications and provided counselling-round support, the candidate does not receive any admission, seat allotment, or offer from any Institution, the Consultation Fee and Service Charges paid to CKR shall be refunded in full.
6.3 Charges Not Refundable in Any Case
The following amounts are non-refundable under all circumstances, as they are paid to or retained by third parties and are outside CKR’s control:
- counselling registration fees, security deposits, and college application or processing fees;
- entrance or qualifying examination fees;
- courier, postage, printing, translation, notarisation, attestation, and apostille charges;
- government, statutory, embassy, or regulatory fees of any nature;
- bank charges, payment gateway charges, and currency conversion losses;
- any other Third-Party Charges incurred on the candidate’s behalf.
Where such charges have been incurred, they shall be deducted from any refund payable, subject to production of supporting proof by CKR. Refund of security deposits and counselling fees paid to a Counselling Authority is governed solely by that authority’s own rules.
6.4 Circumstances Where No Refund is Payable
No refund shall be payable, even where admission is not obtained, if the failure to obtain admission is attributable to the candidate, including where the candidate:
- provides false, forged, incomplete, or misleading information or documents;
- does not meet the eligibility, rank, qualifying-percentile, category, or domicile requirements;
- withdraws from the process or ceases to cooperate with or respond to CKR;
- fails to register, fill choices, submit documents, or pay fees within the deadlines notified by the Counselling Authority or by CKR;
- fails to report to the allotted college within the prescribed reporting window;
- does not appear for a required examination, interview, or verification;
- rejects, declines, or does not accept a seat or offer of admission that has been received;
- engages in misconduct, or is debarred or disqualified by any authority or Institution;
- independently applies, or applies through another consultancy or agent, and secures an admission while engaged with CKR.
6.5 Refund Procedure
- Refund claims must be made in writing to info@ckreducationalservices.com with the candidate’s full name, registration reference, payment receipts, and reason for the claim.
- Claims must be submitted within 30 days from the date the final admission outcome or closure of counselling is communicated to the candidate.
- Approved refunds shall be processed within 30 working days of approval.
- Refunds shall be made only to the original payer, to the same bank account or payment instrument used for payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Cash refunds shall not be made under any circumstances.
6.6 Determination of Claims
CKR shall verify each refund claim against its records and correspondence received from the Institutions and Counselling Authorities. CKR’s determination, made in good faith and supported by documentary evidence, shall be final, subject to Clause 14.
7. Candidate Responsibilities
You agree to:
- provide truthful, accurate and complete information and genuine, unaltered documents;
- promptly inform CKR of any change in your contact details, scores, category status, financial position, or intentions;
- respond to communications and submit documents and payments within the timelines advised, as counselling schedules are strict and time-bound;
- independently verify the recognition, accreditation, approved intake, fee structure, and course details of any Institution before accepting an admission;
- satisfy yourself regarding any service bond, penalty, or obligation attached to a seat before accepting it;
- comply with all applicable laws and with the rules of the Institution and Counselling Authority;
- refrain from engaging multiple consultancies for the same admission process without informing CKR in writing.
8. No Guarantee
8.1 CKR does not guarantee admission to any specific college, course, branch, quota, or academic session. Seat allotment depends on your rank, category, the seat matrix, and the choices of other candidates.
8.2 CKR does not guarantee any scholarship, fee concession, hostel accommodation, stipend, internship, placement, or employment.
8.3 Where guidance on overseas medical education is provided, CKR does not guarantee the grant of any visa or permit, nor any outcome in a screening or licensing examination required to practise in India or elsewhere. Recognition of foreign qualifications and eligibility to practise are governed by the applicable regulatory authorities, whose requirements may change.
8.4 Fee structures, seat matrices, eligibility norms, and counselling schedules are determined by the Institutions and regulatory authorities and are subject to change without notice. Any figures, timelines, or expectations shared by CKR are indicative and based on information available at the time, and are not binding commitments.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 CKR’s total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Services shall not exceed the total Consultation Fee and Service Charges actually received by CKR from the candidate.
9.2 CKR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss, including loss of opportunity, loss of an academic year, loss of income, or emotional distress.
9.3 CKR shall not be liable for any act, omission, delay, change in policy or schedule, closure, deficiency in service, or misrepresentation by any Institution, Counselling Authority, examination body, government authority, bank, or other third party.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Confidentiality and Data Protection
10.1 CKR collects and processes personal data solely to provide the Services.
10.2 We do not sell, trade, or disclose your details to other consultancies, agents, or marketing firms. Information is shared only with the specific Institution or authority you have chosen to apply to, and only to the extent required to process your application.

12. Termination
12.1 CKR may suspend or terminate Services immediately, without refund, if the candidate breaches these Terms, submits fraudulent information or documents, behaves abusively towards our staff, or acts in a manner that damages CKR’s reputation or relationships with any Institution or authority.
12.2 A candidate may discontinue Services at any time by written notice. Refund entitlement, if any, is governed solely by Clause 6.
13. Force Majeure
CKR shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, war, civil unrest, strikes, court orders, changes in law or regulatory policy, revision or cancellation of counselling schedules, internet or power failure, or closure of Institutions.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through mutual discussion before initiating legal proceedings.
15. Amendments
CKR reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date and take effect from the date of posting. Continued use of our website or Services thereafter constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
